- Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number
- Processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events
- Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays

- Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active and update after receiving the email
- Use your tracking number to monitor your package's journey to you

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, some factors are beyond our control:
- Carrier delays: Local postal service or courier processing times
- Weather conditions: Severe weather, natural disasters, or seasonal impacts
- Peak seasons: Holiday shopping periods and high-volume times
- Remote locations: Rural or less accessible delivery addresses
- Incorrect addresses: Orders shipped to wrong addresses due to customer error

📦 Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, garage, side doors)
- Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package
- Contact your local post office or delivery service with your tracking number
- Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely
- If still missing after 48 hours, email us at info@purvelia.com with your order number
✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders are processed quickly and automatically to ensure fast shipping
- To modify or cancel: Contact us immediately at info@purvelia.com with your order number
- We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once processing begins
- Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled — refer to our refund policy for post-delivery options
