  • Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number
  • Processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events
  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding US federal holidays

📍 Tracking Your Order

  • After your order is fulfilled, you'll receive an email with your tracking number
  • Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active and update after receiving the email
  • Use your tracking number to monitor your package's journey to you
  • If you haven't received tracking details after 5 business days, contact us at info@purvelia.com

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, some factors are beyond our control:

  • Carrier delays: Local postal service or courier processing times
  • Weather conditions: Severe weather, natural disasters, or seasonal impacts
  • Peak seasons: Holiday shopping periods and high-volume times
  • Remote locations: Rural or less accessible delivery addresses
  • Incorrect addresses: Orders shipped to wrong addresses due to customer error

Important: Purvelia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other external factors beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.


📦 Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, garage, side doors)
  2. Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package
  3. Contact your local post office or delivery service with your tracking number
  4. Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely
  5. If still missing after 48 hours, email us at info@purvelia.com with your order number

✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders are processed quickly and automatically to ensure fast shipping
  • To modify or cancel: Contact us immediately at info@purvelia.com with your order number
  • We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once processing begins
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled — refer to our refund policy for post-delivery options
